US OPEN

Roger Federer is such an elegant player gliding the clay court flawlessly as usual tonight.
Did you know Federer doesn't make any noise at all when he hits the ball?

I couldn't stop making noises over him sorry guys I had to mention it.

My fiance matt has earned many titles over the past one and a half years we have been living together. His title is entertainment-meat-holiday planning manager. so I tend to leave them to his choice and 9 out of 10 he impresses me. I say 9 here as he dragged me into step brothers c**p and I reckon I was tortured the whole time.
However he managed to pull a trick the other day and it worked marvelously

To those who watched it in theatre this year, this blog entry might seem rather too late ovation. But I had to say this to get it off my chest. For some reason, if you are allowed to watch only a few movies in your life please go and watch this. This blew me away completely and left me with eerie feelings and unanswerable questions for days and days.

When I lived in Southkorea for 28years I did not know any other way than living to be successful in my life. After I came out of that uniformity frick society that's when I saw the difference in real life. I met a girl travelling around the countries surfing until she has to go back to her nursing job. I met people who decided not to go back to their jobs and stayed on an island until they are ready to leave to move. I met people in their mid twenties settled in a tropical country running B&B being happy with their lives. (surprisingly they were Americans from Boston). I admire their courage. Somehow they still shock me everytime I meet those kinds. So did this guy in the movie. Words can not describe how I felt while I was watching this film. I would have loved it what he did to a degree and I think we all have a piece of him somewhere deep down. I hope.

The decision has been made from the top.
My desk will be ordered and located in the front office.
The idea behind it is to get me exposed more to the business environment rather than production environment so that I can deal with customers professionally. I am meant to make communication smooth between our staff and customers so that I might prevent possible problems slash misunderstanding from being created in the first place.
My worries on staff training within my dept were overruled and I was told that I should leave them at deep end so that they learn how to rise by themselves. That means at practical level within a few week's time somehow I will have to get them to calibrate an imperial micrometer who has not got a clue what a micrometer looks like. Yet MD seems to think basically I need to spend more time on eavesdropping on other people's telephone conversation to pick up things to get a broader idea of how business is run or to do something about it if not smoothly run. No idea how this role came about under the title of quality manager. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Well The good side of this is that I get to wear heels at work and have a quieter office plus eat things all day at my desk if I wanted to. If that's what it's going to be, it won't be long before I put a popbelly on like mid age white colour English men with a tie behind the desk. so excited... as if.
